Relaxation meditation typically involves cultivating calm by using an object of focus, such as your breath or a visualization. Our workshop provides a practical approach which will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. An effective tool to help manage and ease stress and anxiety whilst cultivating a positive mental state of mind. A great place to start if you are new to meditation or if you want to deepen your practice.
