Instructor: Mauro Duration: 1 hour Sundays Workshop Time: 1:30pm - 2:30pm Ideal for beginners Suitable for all ages, abilities and genders. Led by Mauro from Chile. Our dynamic drum circles promote an atmosphere of creative freedom and teaches djembe rhythms in an exciting and energetic way, ending with a group performance, allowing participants to demonstrate their new skills. Join an interactive and fully immersive learning experience through the positive power of drumming. Both entertaining and therapeutic, this workshop is a great way to build new skills and develop confidence. Benefits of Djembe Drumming It exercises the brain through stimulating cognitive functions like perception, attention and memory. Group drumming especially reduces the experience of anxiety, depression and loneliness.
