What time does the Event start? When is the Event open?

Fusion Food Fest is open from 10am until 8pm (unless otherwise stated).

You are welcome to come along and stay and enjoy the day, as long as you like.
Please note the Artisan Market closes at 7:30pm.

Can I pay on the door or do I have to buy tickets in advance?

It is recommended tickets are purchased in advance online. It may be possible to buy your ticket on the door (depending upon availability). Please CLICK HERE to buy your ticket now.

How much does it cost to attend?

Lunch Time Package (10am - 3pm)

Adult Ticket: £4.99

Child Ticket: Free*

 

Dinner Time Package (3pm - 8pm)

Adult Tickets: £7.99

Child Tickets: Free*

Can young children attend for free?

At Fusion Food Fest we welcome children aged 0-15 years old for free.

We still need you to obtain a FREE ticket for any children who qualify for free admission.

You can select this at the checkout when you purchase your standard adult admission tickets.

How/When will I receive my ticket?

Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email confirming the details of your booking.

The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you submitted during the booking process.

Please ensure that you arrive with your Ticket readily available.

Can my carer go for free?

Yes, we are happy for essential carers to attend our events for free.

If you require a carer, please add a FREE ticket to your order when you purchase your standard tickets. Please note the visitor requiring a carer to attend with them, MUST be able to bring with them and show to our entrance team, one form of valid, in date documentation from our accepted list below, in order for the carer to be admitted for free on the day.

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FREE ADMISSION FOR THE CARER, THE VISITOR REQUIRING A CARER TO ATTEND WITH THEM MUST SHOW, AT OUR ENTRANCE, DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE IN RECEIPT OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Attendance Allowance (AA)
• Blind Persons Registration
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
• CredAbility's Access Card with +1 symbol
• CEA Card


Unfortunately we cannot accept blue/orange badges, HANDS cards, carers passport etc.

Without proof as listed standard admission entry charges will apply.

The free admission is for one carer only.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

We encourage contactless card payments, wherever possible throughout our event and work with our exhibitors and with our venues to improve signal throughout the site to accommodate that.

Cash is also accepted!

Are dogs allowed?

Here at FFF we love dogs... However, for hygiene reasons and the enjoyment of all of our visitors, we regret that dogs are not permitted into the event.

Access/Guests with mobility restrictions?

We welcome all visitors to FFF, including those with additional mobility restrictions and their families and families using prams. We do all we can to ensure the comfort and safety of all such visitors.

Most standard wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams can navigate around the event.

Individual venues may offer further facilities, please refer to their own website for details or please contact us if you need any further assistance/advice and we will do our very best to help.

Do you cater for vegetarians and other dietary requirements?

We always try to ensure that we book a mixed and interesting variety of food vendors, to suit all tastes; including, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. All of our vendors will also be able to advise you regarding allergens in their products. So please do chat to our lovely traders themselves, they have lots of delicious treats for you and will be more than happy to talk to you about them. 

We will be adding details of vegan/vegetarian and special dietary options to our guide which you can access at the entrance.

Is there any entertainment for children?

A proper day out isn’t complete without plenty of entertainment for the little ones, so we always ensure that we have a good variety of things on site to keep them happy! From face painting to treasure hunts and battle grounds*. (*NB charges apply for these). 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, we politely ask that you do not bring your own food and drink!

You are of course welcome to bring baby food and we understand that if you have specialist dietary requirements you may also need to bring some of your own food.

Can I bring alcohol?

No, due to licensing laws it is strictly prohibited to bring your own alcohol.

Only alcohol purchased from our traders, licensed to sell alcohol to be consumed on the day, may be consumed during the Event. Any guests found to be bringing in and/or consuming their own alcohol and/or consuming alcohol purchased from a trader that is selling for off-site consumption only will be escorted from the venue and no refund will be given.

Glass bottles are also not permitted at any of our events, for safety reasons (other than to purchase and consume at home). So, please do not bring any glass bottles with you (even if non-alcoholic) and for any glass bottles purchased off our exhibitors, please wait until you are home, to open them.

GBFF operates a Challenge 25 Policy and a zero tolerance underage drinking policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 and are unable to produce ID evidencing that you are 18 years old or over, when trying to purchase alcohol at GBFF regrettably you will not be served.
